About Ray Bible

Ray Bible

A Lifelong Servant Leader for Blanco County

Horace Ray Bible is a lifelong resident of Blanco County who has always prided himself on his servant's heart. After 62 years with roots firmly planted here, Ray and his wife Rayette raised three children in Johnson City, all graduates of JCISD. Their family continues to grow in Blanco County, with the arrival of their grandson Liam reminding them how important it is to work for a brighter future while maintaining our small-town atmosphere.

Ray has been a business owner in the county for more than 20 years and serves as a director of the Blanco County Fair and Rodeo Association. Ray's servant's heart led him to join the Johnson City Volunteer Fire Department, where he has served in numerous leadership roles including president and assistant chief, working with city and county officials to ensure the best possible fire and rescue services for all of Blanco County.

While Ray may not have much experience in politics, he can assure you that he will always work for what is best for the people of Blanco County. His door is always open and he is eager to hear your thoughts and concerns. Ray's goals as your county judge will be focused on fiscal accountability, progressive water conservation policies, and economic growth planning for all of Blanco County.
